Introduces New System for Measuring Its Trade in Services
The Brazilian government is introducing a new
system of reporting imports and exports relating to cross-border
transactions involving services and intangibles in order to ensure that the
right amount of tax is being paid. Brazilian taxpayers are being asked to
confirm that they are complying with the country's transfer pricing
legislation.
