Transfer Pricing Guidelines from Peru' Tax
Authority
Companies must file a
transfer pricing declaration annually. The declaration is referred to in
Peru as the Declaración Jurada Anual Informativa de Precios de Transferencia
(DJPT). This link is guidance provided by Peru’s tax authority
(SUNAT). Taxpayers must submit their declaration electronically.
